Parenting by Design

The Parenting by Design Seminar™ is a 12-hour, trainer-led study of the relationship between your unique, God-given design and how you relate to your children as a parent. There is an emphasis on understanding your personality as it relates to that of your child and addressing their needs, developing their gifting and effectively deal with negative behaviors that are the natural and predictable behaviors of your child’s unique personality. 

This workshop will be led by St. Andrew’s members,  Dr. Bob Maris and Dr. Jerry Richardson.

Saturday November 5, 2011

     8 a.m.- 4 p.m. (Lunch is provided)

By completing the online inventory, you will receive a Personal Profile Report that will explain the core strengths of your personality, your talents and abilities in detail.

You will discover:

• An understanding of the six Personality Parts in Order
• Your Unique Personality Structure
• Your Strengths and Weaknesses
• Viewpoints (how you and your child “view” the world)
• Motivators (what “brings you and your child to life” and keeps you that way)
• Distress Behavior (identifying and understanding negative and self-defeating behaviors)
• Action Plan (What can you do to help keep you and your child behaving in a healthy and productive way)

Registration Deadline: Friday, October 14, 2011

                                    $25 per person

We will send you the necessary information to take the Servants by Design Inventory online after we receive your registration and fee payment.

Childcare will be offered for infants through 5^th grade (Saturday only). Registration is required and there will be a charge of $5 per child ($10 max/family). Please pack lunch for your children on Saturday.
