1. God's Word is proclaimed - Peter addresses
the gathered crowd at Pentecost, directs them to listen carefully
to what he has to say and then clearly proclaims the Gospel.
2. Need is Acknowledged - The people who heard the Gospel were
"cut to the heart" because they recognized their sinfulness
and need for a savior.
3. Baptism - The people repented and were baptized in the name
of Jesus Christ.
4. Discipleship - The converts devoted themselves to the teaching
of the apostle's, development of maturing Christian relationships,
celebration of the Lord's Supper in the regular "breaking
of bread" and to prayer.
5. Awe, Wonder & Miracles Experienced -They were filled
with awe and the apostles did many "wonders and miraculous
signs."
6. Stewardship - They sold possessions and goods and provided
for those in need.
7. Worship -They continued to meet in the temple courts and
they also met in homes to praise God.
8. Growth - "the Lord added to their number daily those
who were being saved."
